Worked as the project manager on behalf of a national media operator to reface an existing LED screen. Our scope for this project included reviewing all plans, drawings, timelines, and work schedules. Keeping track of budgets and attending meetings between vendors, the media operators, and the Landlord. This project was completed five weeks ahead of schedule and on budget.
